About the project
This unique building from 1912 is awaiting a complete sensitive renovation with the preservation and rehabilitation of all the original craftsmanship detail in combination with the latest apartment interior design elements according to current standards. We want to offer our future clients high-quality modern housing combined with a direct touch of the history at the turn of the 19th and 20th centuries in one of the most beautiful districts of Prague.

History of the building
The Polská 52 apartment building in Prague-Vinohrady was built in 1912 according to the plans of the builder Josef Rokos for the investor Alois Kaštík in a historicist style. It is characterised by the romantic structure of the street façade in combination with art nouveau elements. Our ambition is a sensitive renovation of the building while preserving all the historical details in their period design.
