Purchase procedure
Upon client interest we are able to provide assistance in arranging the financing required for the purchase of an apartment. Standard payment terms:
Reservation fee CZK 500,000 incl. VAT
•
Payment of 15% of the total purchase price is made upon signing the future purchase contract, including the already paid reservation fee
•
The signature of the future purchase contract is made within 30 days from signing the reservation contract with possible time adjustments upon client request
•
The remaining payment of the purchase price follows after apartment approval in Q2/2025
•
Of the total amount specified in the future purchase contract, including the reservation fee, an amount of CZK 2,000,000 is paid directly to the developer's account. This amount of CZK 2,000,000 cannot be paid through an escrow or security account.
